Returns/Refunds
The 30-day money-back guarantee is based on 'return delivery costs' are the responsibility of the customer. All items must be returned in as-new condition and please return items original packaging.
The 30-day money-back gurantee only applies to stroller package purchases with added accessories and does not include orders for seats and/or accessories without a stroller package.
Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests are assessed in accordance with applicable consumer law and the stage your order has reached.
Where a cancellation is accepted outside any statutory cancellation rights, KinderPod may deduct reasonable costs already incurred in relation to your order. These may include direct payment processing costs, administration costs, stock allocation costs, shipping or logistics costs, and reasonable order reallocation costs.
If a cancellation request is received after shipment arrangements have been confirmed, the company reserves the right to deduct reasonable costs already incurred, including but not limited to:
• payment processing fees
• administrative costs
• allocated shipping or logistics costs
• restocking or order reallocation costs
KinderPod will not deduct more than the reasonable direct costs incurred as a result of the order and cancellation.
Repairs and Exchanges
All KinderPod products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase against faulty workmanship or materials. If an item arrives and is found to be faulty, KinderPod reserves the right to repair or replace it. Please contact us within 24 hours of identifying the issue so we can arrange the return or repair process.
For warranty claims, KinderPod may offer a repair or replacement where appropriate. This does not limit any refund, repair, replacement, or other rights you may have under applicable consumer law. Refunds are not available for warranty claims. Please contact us
