Returns/Refunds
Pre-orders with a 50% deposit are non-refundable.
Payment plans are non-refundable.
The 30-day money-back guarantee (Feb/March 2026) promotion is based on 'return delivery costs' are the responsibility of the customer. All items must be returned in as-new condition and in the original packaging before receiving a refund.
The 30-day money-back gurantee only applies to stroller package purchases with added accessories and does not include orders for seats and/or accessories without a stroller package.
Orders placed under a pre-order or deposit promotion are used to secure stock from upcoming production and shipping allocations.
When a customer places an order with a deposit, the order is considered a confirmed reservation of stock from the next shipment. The deposit allows the company to allocate inventory, schedule production, and arrange international shipping.
If a cancellation request is accepted because of 'extrodinary circumstances' after production or shipment arrangements have been made, the company reserves the right to deduct reasonable costs already incurred, including but not limited to:
• payment processing fees
• administrative costs
• allocated shipping or logistics costs
• restocking or order reallocation costs
Where possible, the company will attempt to reallocate the reserved stock to another customer. If this occurs, the deposit may be refunded less any reasonable costs incurred.
Repairs and Exchanges
All KinderPod products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase against faulty workmanship or materials. If an item arrives and is found to be faulty, KinderPod reserves the right to repair or replace it. Please contact us within 24 hours of identifying the issue so we can arrange the return or repair process.
Refunds are not available for warranty claims. If a part is faulty, please contact us and we will replace the part if it is available. Freight costs are at KinderPod’s discretion and will be determined by the nature of the fault.
