Dispatch

We check every order personally before it leaves the premises. 

Delivery and Shipping

If you are unsure if freight costs cover your location or your location is not mentioned below, please contact us for an individual quote.

Insurance

All items are fully insured during shipment by KinderPod.

Tracking

Upon dispatch of your order you will be provided with an on-line tracking number to monitor progress of delivery.

New Zealand

Transported directly to a street address by Main Freight Transport with a consignment number. Items generally arrive within 10 working days from leaving a KinderPod store. Cost is for Regional delivery only, not Rural delivery. Please contact us for extra cost for Rural delivery.

Australia

Couriered directly to a street address by FedEx with a tracking number. Delivery is generally 10 working days from the time it leaves a KinderPod store. Cost is for Regional delivery only, not Rural delivery. Freight cost is to the Australian border only. Any Australian custom tax incurred is the responsibility of the receiver - DAP Service.

United Kingdom

Limited Stock is currently available in Great Britain.

Purchases from the United Kingdom
Customers located in the United Kingdom must make their purchases through our UK-specific website, www.kinderpod.co.uk. Orders placed through www.kinderpod.com by UK customers will be placed on hold and subject to a pricing review. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

*Any other country - costs for custom tax, duty and tarrifs are the responsibility of the purchaser/receiver.  All orders are non-refundable.
