While out walking to the shops, taking a stroll to the park or on a adventure buggy walk use this soft fleeced mattress to provide added comfort and support. Use the cotton side for the warmer months and a snug fleece on the reverse side for the cooler months. Comes with head support for new born babies. To fit the mattress it integrates into the five star harness belt in the main seat of a KinderPod baby stroller and recliner baby seats.

Dispatch
We check every order personally before it leaves the premises. Limited stock is due to arrive to New Zealand and Great Britain late September. We recommend to pre-order to avoid missing out.

Insurance
All items are fully insured during shipment by KinderPod.
Tracking
Upon dispatch of your order you will be provided with an on-line tracking number to monitor progress of delivery.
New Zealand
Transported directly to a street address by Main Freight Transport with a consignment number. Items generally arrive within 10 working days from leaving a KinderPod store. Cost is for Regional delivery only, not Rural delivery. Please contact us for extra cost for Rural delivery.

Australia
Couriered directly to a street address by either FedEx with a tracking number. Delivery is generally 10 working days from the time it leaves New Zealand's KinderPod store. Cost is for Regional delivery only, not Rural delivery. Freight cost is to the Australian border only. Any Australian custom tax incurred is the responsibility of the receiver - DAP Service.
United Kingdom
Orders will be delivered via a courier service in the United Kingdom starting late September and the first week of October 2024.
*United Kingdom pricing include custom's, duty & tax.
*Any other country - costs for custom tax, duty and tarrifs are the responsibility of the purchaser/receiver. All orders are non-refundable.

Orders are non-refundable.
Repairs and Exchanges
All KinderPod products are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase against faulty workmanship or materials. If the item arrives and is found to be faulty then KinderPod will reserve the right to either repair or replace . Please contact us within 24 hours of identifying the issue to arrange how to return or repair the goods.
Refunds are not available however, if there is a faulty part then please contact us and we will discuss if a replacement part can be sent to you. Freight costs will be at KinderPod’s sole discretion and will be determined by the nature of the fault.
